Sirocco @ the 64FL is one of them. This beautiful view is at Sirocco. The Sirocco restaurant offers a, expensive!, delicious menu. You can be dinning on the 64th Floor of State tower building. There is also a sky bar, which changes colors constantly, and the view is just tremendous.
